Ken "Imam" Livingstone in Court

Ken Livingstone, the man who called Sheik Qaradawi a moderate and has been at the forefront of the liberal-terrorist alliance is in court. He is fighting against his suspension by the Standards Board for England.

For those who have forgotten, he was suspended for four weeks for bringing his office into disrepute. The reason? Because he called a reporter, who he knew to be Jewish, a Nazi concentration camp guard and has since adamantly refused to apologise.

At the time there was a lot of fuss about his suspension being undemocratic. The kind of claim the left would make while completely failing to realise that the Standards Board is about the only body that can actually hold the mayor to account.

Why is it so hard for the mayor to apologise for his obviously hurtful comments?
